The Manual

TLP Physical is a six-week course manual with accompanying videos, that will take you through all aspects of your physical life - food, sleep, fitness, relaxation, water intake, sunlight and even laughter! It will help you assess the current state of your physical life, what your goals are, how to set them, and then walk you though a realistic plan to achieve lasting change.The TLP Physical Health Training Manual is a companion publication to the book, Total Life Pursuit. The intention of the TLP Lifestyle is to call you to a higher level of living and to equip you with the tools you need, encourage your journey, and build the hope within you that is needed to achieve success in all areas of life!

MY STORY

I grew up in an average family, was average at sports, was average in school and pretty much was average in all of life except I had eight kids. One day it dawned on me that I was not meant for average. Actually God spoke to my heart and told me that I would never go beyond my mindset! My average thinking was stopping me from EVERYTHING that I wanted. Life was good, but I always longed for greatness. I just never thought it could be attained…, by me. That day changed my life and now I focus and apply myself towards greatness in every area of life. I am 58 years old with 8 kids and 14 grandkids. I enjoy my relationship with my Creator more than ever. I am still madly in love with my wife of 31 years, in better shape than in my youth and excelling in other areas more than ever. I love being outdoors, lifting weights, surfing, biking as well as growing in knowledge and applying that knowledge to my life. I absolutely love helping other reach their God given potential.
